True boxing fans know that Ward is great. not many fighters can get up after a knockdown and dominate a fight. especially against the boogie man

Even while punching the punching bag, his footwork is so majestic, n everything that he does is so calculated, knows exactly what n how he wants to do things. I see so many boxers going all out just smashing the punching bag, Ward's technique of punching bag is special.

People are their sloppiest when tired. It shows in his right hook. But I like Ward a lot as a fighter. I think Virgil should move him around more in every direction when doing pad work. He will have to develop a bit more pop to those punches to really hurt GGG. If you don't hurt GGG, you can't beat him. That's if they actually fight.

Dirrell was supposed to fight Ward in the 2011 Super Middle Weight tournament. He pulled out citing an injury from the Arthur Abraham fight. Believe me Ward had every intention of fighting him and IMHO would have beat him. Not sure about Adonis Stevenson I'll have to look into that one. I just don't see Ward being the type of guy that avoids the tough fights. I mean the Super Middle Weight tournament was the best in the world in that weight class winner take all. Ward ran the table.

Floyd is way to small for Ward,their are weight classes for a reason,and Floyd is not a super middleweight,he`s a welterwieght.Floyd is so good that nobody can give him a real challenge in his weight class,Ward on the other hand,i think there`s guys that would give him a good challenge but Ward don`t want a real challenge.He avoided Adonis Stevenson and Anthony Dirrell,Both those guys wanted to fight Ward,and both of them got good boxing skills,good speed and good punching power.
