But I'm not going to lie, the editing they did for this episode is not as good as the rest if BA's videos. Must be a new editor. Either this is your first time watching a BA video or you are so unaware that you failed to see the type of videos that they put out. Either way, you can't just demand that a KZfaq channel make videos that conforms to you expectations. It's not a matter of whether it's your cup of tea or not. It's simply a different category of video, so if you want to know how to do a certain thing... find a recipe book or go watch strict food how to channels. Don't expect the channel that has grown a huge fan base consisting of youtubers who watches it for the staffs there (Brad, Claire, Andy, etc... ) to suddenly decide to take away the one thing that keeps that fan base around. Sadly, those jobs are on the way out. Physical/traditional print is almost done for; when was the last time you read a magazine or newspaper? Bonus points if it was outside of a dentist or doctor's office. I hate to sound like a jerk, but it's mostly the elderly that buy traditional media... and they're not long for this planet.

Also i use 50/50 pork beef meat. Pork has more fat and adds more different flavor. In my opinions is a good substitute for bacon.

Estefany García I’ve tried a few other “famous” recipes but they are just not the same as this one! This one just comes together really well in terms of flavour and texture. The only ingredients I would change: if you prefer a more meaty and punchy flavour, use beef stock and red wine instead of chicken stock and white wine
