Aneurysm rupture week 1 recovery. My mom could move every part of her body and talk and follow commands. She was truly a miracle until she became allergic to Heparin and they gave her platelets on top of that, which created more strokes. The doctors should have known this, and one doctor sent me the studies that shows not to give platelets, but they gave her a total of 3 bags. Now she is in coma. She is still alive at the time of posting this video.

My mom had an aneurysm pop in her brain during Thanksgiving while we sat down to eat. This is the first week of her recovery. As of posting this video, my mom is alive and she is in coma. After many brain scans, she was diagnosed with chiari malformation which leads the neurosurgeon to believe that she has EDS because chiari is very often associated with EDS and she has multiple symptoms of it in her history. The aneurysm could be caused by EDS as Ehlers Danlos means you have very weak connective tissues, which can include organs, veins, and arteries. I have had vertigo for around 2 years and my daughter has severe headaches, so we are going to check to see if we also have chiari and if we do, how serious it is. There's nothing we can do about EDS but it's good to know. I hate to think of mine and my daughters future, especially since she has severe symptoms right now and has been passing out. I will keep you updated on my mom and our journey for answers. I know EDS will end me in some way, but I never thought this would happen to my mother. After the last video, I had to take a mental health break from this, and we had the flu for 2 weeks, so I just checked out from everything. I'm back and we have to make big decisions for my mom in the next couple of days because the hospital game is all about money, not health or people. Thank you for all the prayers for my mom and my family. We love you guys, and we want to share the good and bad. Hopefully these videos will bring more awareness to how severe EDS can be. Even I did not think this would be a reality for my family. Thanks again, for everything.

I have loved seeing you all on KZfaq for a long while now. I really hope your gets better from what’s happened to her. She is a brave woman and such a great mum and an amazing grandmother. I will be praying your mum heals and things improve for her. This year hasn’t been very kind to many of us and it’s very unfair how life can be… I just hope you all have a better 2024 as it has to improve. It’s sad that it’s all about money and not people’s health. If I was rich I would give you lots of money to help but unfortunately I’m not. Do you ever do the lottery? Hi, Andrea, I understand exactly what you mean. I feel the same about EDS causing the end of me, and it's very scary not knowing how that will transpire. I was diagnosed in 2009, and I'm still discovering how serious EDS is, and yet nobody seems to take it seriously. I'm so sorry that you and your family are going through this. Maybe you should consider a GoFundMe, as I'm sure many of your followers would like to help in some way, me included. You, your Ma, and your family have been in my thoughts since your last video. Andrea, I have been thinking and praying about your mom and all of you. It absolutely broke my heart when your eyes started to tear up in the car. I am still crying right now. And, I only like a minute into your video. When I saw your mom hooked up to all of the tubes it brought me back many memories of my mom. Even with all of the tubes that she was connected to? She still looked beautiful!!! You can tell that when your dad and aunt came in, she was looking at your dad. You can see her concern in her eyes for him. Your mom is strong and so are you. You are a wonderful daughter. I am sending you much love and prayers. May God continue to watch over you all.

I had brain cancer at 19, a large tumor the size of a kiwi which required a very invasive surgery, twice actually. I had major swelling and had to be put in an induced coma for two weeks. I remember all of this, the brain drain, the physical therapists, being so desperately wanting to drink. The second surgery I even lost my ability to speak properly. My words were scrambled and made no sense. Constant visitors drove me crazy because all I wanted to do was sleep. There is definitely no rest in a hospital with everyone in and out. Best of luck with all of this! Get some rest yourself.

Sending prayers from PA! Andrea, write down everything in case you get decide to call a lawyer. 20 years ago, my dad went into the hospital for a 3/4 clogged artery. He never woke up and we found out the doctor made major mistakes. Still hurts to talk about it even 20 years later!. Your mom is in my thoughts and prayers every day!!!! xo

Andrea I'm just in a state of shock... I was so happy as I was watching because your mom was recovering, and to know that the doctors' mistakes caused her to now be in a coma is just horrible. I’ve said enough already, but I want to reapeat have hope! My mom was given a blocker that caused her to bleed all over her brain just as your mother. 3 other people on icu had the same thing occur! After a year my mother has recovered from where your beautiful mommma is to a speech impediment! I have hope she will pull through the road is tough!

Andrea lord knows we’ve had our far share of hospitals and the sound of them machines just something could never get used to. That sound gets my heart racing. When you sad your mother is a strong woman looking at her getting up like that wow. Keeping you guys in my prayers she’s a fighter no doubt about that may the lord watch over her and make a full recovery. In our lord Jesus name I pray. She wants to talk so bad bless her.
