The seats you mention in the Kop end being removed covers a bigger area than your drone could pick up , it's seats being replaced with rail seating .

Mr Drone mentioned the clear poly carbon roof cladding has to be replaced ,hence it being taken up???

Just when you think something has been completed and finished, the contracters revist it rip it down or off and start again.12 months after the orginal completion date and we seem to be further away from a sign off than we were a couple of months ago.Cant see this stand being finalised before the big kick off and i genuinely can see work ongoing on site right up to Christmas .Its so frustrating but once this job does finish i understand their are no futher plans to expand the Kop or the Sir Kenny stands with all future developments at Anfield being internal work developments in the current stands to imporove the spectator facilities and concourse areas The propsals are to redesugn the seating area in the lower Sir Kenny creating more leg room ( much needed) and a wider more modinised concourse.This will reduce the stands seating capacity by approximately 1,000 seats and Anfiels capacity to 60,000 I also beleive the only part of thexKop to change once all the new rail seats have be put in is to redevelop the facilities in the Kop Bar intself .So the look of Anfield once the Annie Road end is finished (!!!) will probably not alter for the next decade or so .
