What? I didn’t my know she died. I came to see if this was before or after her stroke. I was hoping she was better. I’m sort of young you can say…. I was just a baby or not even born when she came out. However I fell in love with her music like everyone else. Wow very sad news, I was looking to hear the opposite. Thanks for sharing.

@@nishamarley1416 you're welcome! A sad irony. On Sunday June 23rd, I saw Angela's "Unsung" episode from 2012 on TVOne for the first time. I found out so much about Angela that I didn't know and was curious, so I looked her up. I hoped to find out good news about Angela being in good health and returning to singing, even if only on a small scale, following her second stroke in 2007 and found out about her passing. Amazing that Angela lived 17 years after her second stroke! Angela was such a treasure who leaves a great legacy of amazing singing, songwriting and an effervescent, warm spirit.💕

Omg, I did not know she passed away. I love “I tried” I think that’s the name of the song. She had an incredible soulful voice. She wrote that song when she was like 16. She sings that song with such passion. Will Downing remade it, and his version is good, but it’s not the passion of Angela’s version. RIP angel, I’m so glad I was able to listen to her music. She will definitely be missed
