AC is not what it used to be, nothing is. The wet T-shirt contests back in the 80’s at the Genesis rocked and set the bar pretty high. Vloggers like yourself keep us informed and up to date of what is going on but, the ones filming for shock value ruin it for all. If you are interesting without the fluff you will make it. We only went to one pool party at score birds and it was about 2 years ago when no vlogging was allowed. There are so many Filipino vloggers here also and other channels who panned at audience recent. I feel inside they should have the privacy and the girls want it too, because of family. I think Score birds will vlog themselves for the money. Glad to see you home safe, like the Scruff.

While in an establishment that is considered private property (not in public), there are laws that uphold "expectation of privacy" rights. Even 40 years ago you might have been challenged by some for taking pictures with a camera, depending on where you were at.

Now that the cameras are gone I bet they will get a bunch more women applying to get on stage also. Lots of those women don’t want the world to see them and I don’t blame them. They are only getting commission from the people at the party not all the ad revenue KZfaqrs are cashing in on. Hopefully they stick to the no video rule . I agree with you. A lot of times vloggers will ruin it for themselves by shoving their camera in other people's faces. Out on the streets, fair game, in a club, etc, use some common sense.

One or two patrons there at the Score Birds Bikini contest that do not want to be filmed could have a lot of influence on the owner. A big political presence, Barangay Captain, Mayor, Senate candidate, whatever. They could easily threaten the owner with the voiding of his business or alcohol permit and have the influence to carry through if needed.

Hey Philly Hope your shingles are getting better. My buddy got a bad case of the shingles 2 years ago.He couldn't sleep, pain was so bad he went to a walk in clinic. The clinic prescribed pain killers.my buddy had acid reflux stomach problems. These pain killers caused his acid reflux to go into hyper drive and ate a hole in his stomach. Off to emergency where he almost died on the operating table and had some of his stomach removed.The operation saved his life but he had to go under the knife a second time because his guts were hanging out,hernia.2nd operation was a success but at 63 years old he will never be the same.he can only eat small meals and absolutely no heavy lifting.He had to go live with family because they had to look at him.He was bed ridden for six months.....took at least a year to get back to some normalcy.its a good thing he had Savings.....would have been on the streets.

I’ve been to these pool parties in AC pre pandemic. When I saw a couple of these videos online via vloggers channels the first thing that came to mind was “how could ScoreBirds let these people steal their thunder?”. I can see it becoming a copyrighted segment if done correctly. Hoping this will put a stop to the idiot with the green pointer. Good post sir!

These types of contests were wide open 18-20 years ago. Back then it would've been difficult to find anything you could post. T-shirts were optional. You posted once before about Angeles used to be R rated. Now it looks barely PG. I got to experience Subic/Baretto/Olongapo back in the 80's. That could easily get X-rated. Personally I think Social Media is the cause of lots or real world issues. No offense meant 8-)

City Hall and DOT do not like Angeles and the Philippines to be known for it's (infamous) monkey business. I got pulled up even just for letting a couple of bars advertise in our tourist publications. What you show is walking a fine line, and you are one of the few that know that.

It makes sense. I seem to recall you and Lute first went to the pool party years ago and were told that you could not film. So you left and did something else. It amaze me that Scorebird's did allow filming. But as you said its a public space. I have tried to explain this to MANY people here in the states several times to no avail. YOU HAVE NO EXPECTATION OR RIGHT OF PRIVACY IN A PUBLIC SPACE. In other words if any ordinary person can see what you are doing without using extraordinary mean you are not in private.

@@hungarianaussie: You are making the same mistake that most people that I have tried to explain this to. You are mistaking "private property" and "private space" Private property relates to the OWNERSHIP of the land, building or structure. Private Space relates to viewership of a SPACE. The pool area of Scorebirds is a PUBLIC SPACE located on PRIVATE PROPERTY. The individual ROOMS in the hotel are PRIVATE SPACES located on PRIVATE PROPERTY. Without employing extraordinary means you cannot tell what is going on in a room unless the door is wide open or the window blinds are open. To know what is going on in the pool area all you have to do is walk out of your room on the first floor and look around.

@John_Henry83 this could be different in the Philippines I don't know. I was an employee for nearly 30 years in a big 5star hotel in Australia.. Here even the driveway is private property and certainly there is no public space anywhere within.. As I said Phils might be different.

@@hungarianaussie I do not disagree with you just trying to show the difference. If the driveway is at the front of the hotel across the street from a sidewalk. Anything you do IN the driveway is in a public SPACE that is on PRIVATE PROPERTY. For example if you and your girlfriend decide to get freaky on the hood of your car that is in the driveway and I am across the street walking on the sidewalk and see you I can report you. You had not expectation of privacy in that particular driveway even though it was on private property. Now if you two step inside the lobby and go into the maids closet and get freaky. You are STILL on PRIVATE PROPERY but now without using some "extraordinary means" (Me crossing the street, going into the hotel lobby, getting the key to the closet ) I cannot see the two of you. You and her have and EXPECTATION of privacy in that SPACE. Sorry to go on and on about this. I use to teach and this was one of the hardest things that I had to try to get my students to wrap their heads around. To me it is rather obvious. If me or anyone else can see what a person is doing just by turning our head its a public space. If we have to do something else to see its a private space.

Better check your info... In the USA, if you are out in public or anywhere visible from a public place, you have " no reasonable expectation of privacy" and can be photographed or recorded without your consent.

Philly, do you know anything about the lawsuit against Myk's Philippne Journey? I looked up the name he gave on his channel long time ago, "Michael Echevarria from Lakeland, Florida" and couldn't find any records. Probably Reality Check Files is suing him for destroying his channel with bogus copyR strikes. Myk really has to be kray-C to keep doing what he is doing. One day somebody is going to contact his HOA or police department. He is putting his neighbors' safety at risk.

Beats them losing customers because they're unhappy. You can buy pr and advertising. Can't buy customers.

@@danp1043 hard to buy international pr and advertising that you get for free on the internet. I wouldn’t doubt that there party will be gone within a year. Lose customers that the internet was giving you. So probably less girls and raising prices because of lost customers and lose more girls and customers.
