An interesting idea at the beginning of this video. Instead of palm lines, skull shape, face features determining your fate and personality, it being the opposite, your choices determine your appearance. You can still do a reading on someone based on physical characteristics but its not all set in stone

Abby Cox (on KZfaq) has a really good video about the (VERY RAC!ST) history of physiognomy. Essentially, it's all made up with no real basis in fact, and has kinda just been co-opted by (predominantly) consciously racist white men and now (predominantly) unconsciously racist white women with this new "face reading" trend to justify anti-black and antisemitic beauty standards of the West. Maybe it's fun, but don't take it too seriously, at the end of the day.

This was incredible tbh. I’ve just realised I haven’t seen many of your videos on my feed recently and I have to say thank you to the KZfaq gods for showing this to me though - the lighting, your manner, pace and rhythm in this, the novelty, the mix of visuals and sounds… all top notch and brain-melting. Huge tingles, captivating and engaging enough I never felt the urge to click off but also relaxing enough to fall asleep to or use as background/study/work ASMR.

I remember Maria from gentle whispering talking about something similar a LONG time ago in her “eye gazing” video, how different features can suggest personality. A lot of this stuff is woo-woo made up stuff but I do think it’s fun/interesting. I also think it actually does make sense that the wrinkles, lines, and prominent muscles in the face could *actually* tell you a lot about someone as it shows what expressions people make often and what facial muscles they use/don’t use over time. So there could be a bit of truth in there. Anyways: incredibly relaxing as always.

@@liquid_psyche yeah I’m sorry about that psyche, I erased the message because others came to my aid and answered the question for me, I had an argument with someone who tried to convince me that she was a practicing Protestant, I kept telling him that she herself mentioned that she’s a Catholic but he simply refused to believe me so I tried to get a bunch of people from within the community to answer that question that I put to you. He was finally convinced in the end. Anyway sorry for bothering you again psyche. Thanks for the help. 🙏 👍
