I'm truly sorry that you and your family suffered this horror. I say you, as I know this is your grandmother, aunt and uncle. I can not even begin to imagine what your father had gone through and what he even feels now. I just pray that one day he gets the peace of mind he deserves. No one should have gone through this. Much love, ❤️💙🇹🇹

Angelina Jolie is not my favorite person but here I must say that this movie based on the real life story of survival. The film accurately depicts the nature of communism and communists.

First they killed her father, now its time to capitalize on it. LOL

It's a big story and issue - the movie triggered me and probably a lot of others to study the situation and remember how humanity can be cruel but people can survive and carry on. The making of the movie gets a wider audience. I wouldn't call it "capitalizing" on it. But if it were, so what? There is a big message and service here.

This movie is made for Netflix there is no money in it. This movie is for the people to be aware of the atrocities the US government attributed to. They messed up the country and they leave. Where do you think the rebels get the weapons from!
