I don't like leaving a mess for the homeowners but it should not be our responsibility to clean them out and have to rent dumpsters for someone else's trash, it's not right!

I just found your channel. They couldn't pay me enough to deal with those nasty folk. I have rented before. And when I am finish renting. I clean like it was when given to me.

If they are rented, A security deposit should be placed for conditions such as this and the deposit should go to whoever may have to clean it out.

Most situations it makes more sense to just buy a shed outright, increase the value of your property while you're at it Renting ends up costing more if it's long term

When I was in college 20 years ago, my truck got repoed from the gas pump while I was in paying. It actually taught me there is no escape from evading payments.

@@warthogA10 alot of people can't buy it out right. Or they buy it and start making payments then lose their job, or car dies, or some bs. Those people tend not to have the most budget friendly mindset.

Cleaned out means different things to different people. Fortunately the RTO company I deal with pays to clean up the returns. I don’t blame you a bit for throwing the stuff out and leaving it.

Once our landlord had a shed repo'd that was full of my photos albums and furniture. The company threw it out and she burned it in her driveway even though my rent was fully paid. I blame whoever treats people like garbage and doesn't even try to find out whether they need help or not. We had no idea the shed did not belong to our landlady.

My wife was a debt collector for years (a nice one) always amazed how angry people get when you try and collect on a debt they didn’t pay, it’s their fault but somehow it’s not……. Keep it up

We use to have rental house people trash the house every time we got of doing by the law we had to give them 30 day notice to clean out and get out we was not allowed to throw there stuff out on the front lawn if they Still did not do that call the law help them out faster that did not work court help us out alot

I bought my shed 2 weeks ago and paid for it from premier sheds and it has still not been delivered and have called 3 phones for them and all i get is a answering machine and online no one has called me back . I bought a lot model 10x16 cottage shed from Eden NC . WHERE OH WHERE IS MY SHED 😞They said 5 to 7 days but since it is paid for they said it could be sooner than that NOPE

These sheds are nice but people don't seem to accept the fact that you will be paying almost double for what you can have it build for. The payments will go on it seems forever. These sheds,cabins are for a small niche of people.

That 2nd cabin is the same model as the one I call home. Mine was paid off in just over one year but I must say…the cabin in this video is about the ugliest color of green I’ve ever seen on a house. 😂 The black trim isn’t helping. Sheesh! 😂

It shouldn't be up to our sales staff to clean them out at the lot, and a tire machine will do the same as the track machine with less weight and half the price lol

Sheds are expensive to outrigt buy. Thousands of dollars. Anyway you can get a payment plan for anything but with the interest it's not worth it. Walk in a rent a center and you will be shocked what people can buy and the final ammount it costs. Went in one once and never did again.

You have $10k to $20k to buy a shed pre built in cash? Always cheaper to build yourself if you're able to, but many people need or want a shed "right now" and don't have time to build it. Trailer sales have them beat right now.

The reason behind repossession is that the collateral of the loan can be sold to get the money owed back. Knocking the shed down will leave the person that couldn't make payments without a shed but the person they were supposed to be making payments to would lose their money.

Now, see if you would make these people pay in full, you wouldn't have to worry about this. Your conpanies greed is what gets you into this situation. If they can't afford the 4 to 7 Grand to buy that shed, then don't sell it to them.

Wow your mental gymnastics are astounding! You’re literally blaming someone else for the choice they made. No one forced them to buy it. They are now facing consequences of their decisions. How is that someone else’s fault? I bet you blame the fork when you get fat too. Pay your Efn bills. What you should be saying is- these people shouldn’t have purchased something they can’t afford. See the difference? Responsibility lies with the consumer, not the seller.
