They cannot repo that shed if it transfered with the house. That is illegal. Talk to a lawyer asap. The shed was property sold and legal title transfered. The title company also has liability. call a realestate lawyer asap. The formermowner is responsible. Seriously here.

I am amazed at the amount of people that use these sheds as homes. Is this normal for people with land? I live in PA in a strong agricultural town, we don’t have as many rules as most townships do..but living in a shed in the back of your yard, something tells me my municipality would not appreciate that!

If he really did buy the property and didnt know the shed wasnt paid off this is hands down the worst way to find out and gotta pay to get the fence fixed id be sueing the old home owner. The least the shed company cpuld have done was offer him to pay for it or at least pay on it.

I have no opinion, whether or not people should be smoking, weed or anything, however, I do appreciate what the Mayo Clinic has had to say about that. In my opinion, if you need your brain altered from a substance like that, you have a disorder that you should look into and try to correct. I asked my ophthalmologist decades ago about the benefits if you had glaucoma, and he assured me that if there was anything in the weed that was beneficial, it can be extracted and made into a pill or eyedrop.. My conclusion is the only reason people smoke it is to get high, regardless of whether they have a medical marijuana card or not. It’s like an alcoholic. We all have known alcoholics and it’s the same deal sometimes it’s in the genes. For the Einstein out there, I’m just a messenger. I don’t care what you do as long as you don’t injure or affect someone else.

Not having much is no excuse for living like a pig, doesn’t cost anything to keep things neat and clean. No reason to make your situation even worse. To many people out there when God was handing out brains, thought they heard rain and took an umbrella out over their heads, so they didn’t get any!

If you have been in the shed business for a while you realize that there is a large percentage of people that have no problem lying to you. At least it was a pretty easy pickup. Good job.

Guy said the shed came with the property when he purchased the house, My question is why did the shed company wait so long to retrieve their property. If the house was up for sale and the shed company fails to remove their property before the property is sold then why is it the new owners problem seems like something that should have been handled way before this guy purchased the home.

Imagine you buy a house that comes with a shed (the shed was in the Zillow listing description and the photos). Then like a year later, a company comes by with some sheriff's, they cut down your fence and take the shed.

The homeowner says it's not his fence - he does not have the lock - but is asking if the police will replace the fence.

The state I live in, you can repo property but must be done so without damaging other personal property.

You play stupid games like trying to keep something for nothing cause you think it's too much trouble to repo, then you get stupid prizes like a weekend retreat to replace your fence.

What the shed people should've done was filed a civil suit against the original purchaser of the shed if he sold his property without telling the buyer that the shed was not paid for. Also they didn't have to cut down the post for the fence.They could've used a jack to pull out the post with some rope or a chain for leverage to pull it right out of the ground. The new home owner could also go to civil court along with the MLS listing showing that Tyr shed was included with the house and the seller never disclosed that the shed was not paid for and since the seller neglected to pay off the shed then the seller would have to give some money back for false information purposely listed to upb the price on the property and money to repair the fence.
