why is he living in a shed? i mean it has no bathroom which makes it against code to have someone living in a shed without running water or a toilet.

I was in this guys same shoes for 15 years. A double wide trailer. Paid it off in 5 years. Never got a title. Numerous furnace -ac parts doors ! 35k plus down the drain. Yet people told me to pretend I was renting. Lol. Get stuff in writing. Check into every move you make. I agree. We were stupid af. Live and we learn. It’s been 3 years this March. And im still on the paybacks a beach plotting 🤦‍♂️. That’s a lot of $ toooo mee. Some 💩 🚽 that money. Not me. I got 2 dogs there buried as we speak. Sorry to ramble on. My heart goes out to this dude. And courts look at you truly like the idiot you was getting your self in that situation. F a land contract. Don’t do nothing ever do anything close to a land contract.
