Angry ram bashes subaru - our first attempt at mounting ramcam ended badly

For those who asked to see how we mounted a gopro on the motorbike bashing ram, here it is. We took the car out to find him, mounted the camera & made our escape. He vented his fury on the rear of the car, denting the back door & caving in the bumper.
For anyone who might think this is cruel, you are mistaken. The camera was sitting on his back loosely tied with a piece of string, no worse than sitting a saddle on a horse. He behaves this way with or without a camera on, without provocation.
The ram was released on my 100 acre unfenced forestry property when the previous owner couldn't control him, It was either that or have him destroyed for being so aggressive. He is free to roam into the thousands of acres of surrounding native bush bordering my property but chooses to stay.

I’m very impressed he actually did some damage to that thing. Seriously, I crashed into the back of a Subaru with a minivan during a freezing rain storm, and it wasn’t even scratched. And it wasn’t like I wasn’t going fast enough, I hit an icy patch when I hit the brakes and went in at speed, and my poor van was essentially totaled after hitting the damn thing. Really, kudos to you angry ram for getting some back for me against the hated Subarus! 😸

Bro, you need some help with mounting that camera. Maybe you can make a strap with Velcro instead of using string. The bread idea was a good thing but he's pretty smart. I guess he knew you were up to something. By the way, its really beautiful where you are.

This is so funny. He reminds me of my sun conure, who is also extremely aggressive (but only towards strangers or unfamiliar objects). He's constantly charging things, just like Rambro. Which is weird, because he's a tiny bird. :)

I watch this when I need a good laugh!. It reminds me of growing up on the farm. We had a billy goat named Crowbar - very long horns. He was always trying to get in the house. One time I didn't see him behind me and when I opened the back door, he went right between my legs and I ended up riding him into the house, into the kitchen. MOM WAS MAD but then cracked up laughing when she saw I wasn't hurt!

I can't help but ask why you didn't have another person there to hold him. 1-person ram-cam mounting has to be a lot more difficult than with 2, right?
