I'm really really excited for this record. I was young when Merriweather Post Pavilion came out and I remember being blown away by that. I'm old now and I doubt I'll be able to go back to that type of puppyish excitement but I'm hoping for another great, bright soundtrack for next few months of this part of my life that I can look back and smile on. Sounds like I'll probably get my wish.

Ahh, yeah.. thanks to AC for yet another song with complete emotional relevance to what I'm feeling lately, or always, or something, and exploding that strangeness to the surface to break my sleep at 3/4 in the morning to have me bawl. I can imagine my Fears, the extreme Face of Chaos and Uncertainty just... Fading.. replaced by meaning as Her head meets my shoulder. With what sounds like the apocalypse in pursuit. Yeah that syncs up pretty well for this human. Beautiful.

This has end-of-the-album vibes, so I thought it would come at the end of the album, but it doesn't come at the end of the album, it comes before Walker, instead of the end of the album, where I previously thought it would go. It's going to be so interesting hearing these in context, I wonder what I'll be thinking by the end of the album; the place in which I thought this track would go.

Wow, so thoroughly overjoyed with this and the trio of videos from the upcoming Time Skiffs. Brings back the nostalgia of first listening to Sung Tongs in high school yet feeling like there's so much evolution and cohesiveness. Can't wait for BK Steel.

They're reminding us Anco fans they haven't lost their magic.

So far all of the tracks they've released from this new album have been absolutely stellar. I've been an enormous fan of AnCo for about 12 years now and they consistently make music that become something so personal and special to me. This song fucking rules, it sounds like an avant-garde take on The Who's My Generation while still being quintessentially Animal Collective.
