Kaiju .6 is actually the King of Kaiju. Guy singlehandedly changed an entire nation through sheer force of will. The name is spoken with infamy and his weapons have NEVER seen action. Fortitude of 9.7 man was able to alter the weather through presence alone amd commandes a horde of 6.7-7.5 fortitude Kaiju with his power

makes you wonder what kafka's kaiju would be capable of if it didn't have a hateboner for other kaiju, cause it's already been confirmed as 9.8 at least and that was when kafka was still in control not using its full power...
