I hope you have been enjoying a warm and loving Holiday Season. Danny and I got into the Christmas spirit, and decorated our video set for this week's video in a fun and festive way! Yay! And now we will be celebrating the new year, in just a few days.
Let's get into this week's topic: The voices in my head. I've recently been more open in speaking about listening to "the voices in my head". I made this video to clarify what I'm referring to, I share some of the things that stop us from hearing divine guidance, and I give a four step formula for enabling you to better hear guidance from your higher self.
I also answer questions from the viewers such as:
- What is the significance of the Unicorn?
- How do you know the voice is from higher guidance, not your ego?
- My friends only call when they want something from me, what should I do?

Thanks Anita. I have wanted to hear my guide's voice, so asked. While I was doing a meditation with binaural beats, I heard a hello by a strong, beautiful, man's voice. It was so clear that I thought it was part of the meditation music. The next time I meditated with that same music - it wasn't there. I wish they were clear (and determined) as they were when I was young.

For me, this was one of Anita's best video's ever. I have a feeling that my husband may be an empath by all the things Anita says here. I'm going to suggest that he watch this and then I will let go of my desire for him to do so. Anita, I would love to hear you talk about humility, what it means to you and how we can access this part of ourselves. I read your book "Dying To Be Me" and it changed my life. Thank You again for so many years I tried to please other people and was also effected by everything they said I would cry because they hurt my feelings very sensitive to everything they said and would suffer from anxiety attacks and be fearful of everything and also felt like a victim. You helped me understand how to deal with this. I can’t wait to read your books you are very inspirational to me and many others. I am so happy you were healed of your illness I hope other people can be healed too, through the help you are giving people. You are amazing. God Bless You.

Thank You for all your messages they have helped a great deal when you were describing the inner voices to me that is describing the Holy Spirit God sent him here to help us all and your right he would never guide us to do the wrong thing. He is pure Love sent from God. God is Love. Anger, fear, anxiety, hate, jealousy are all from a place of evil the opposite of Love. God is who and what we all need. Not religion. God is not religion, just pure Love unconditional Love. Yes do not give your power to the outside world only Love and you will receive Love back.

Thank you Anita 🙏 Oftentimes I operate out of fear - the fear that something beyond my control will threaten my ‘perfect life’. After ur exercise the voices told me that things will come n go but life will stay beautiful even through the working out of a seemingly difficult situation.

I can relate to this 100% . It's tough being an empath . The boundaries are murky . We don't like conflict and just want everyone to be happy so we lose touch with our ourselves .

YES!!! Thank you so much for addressing this empathic sensitivity to both the higher power, and the criticism from the physical world around us! Thank you, Dear Anita! 💝💝💝 I am still learning to disregard/let go of the standards of the “real world” that would call me a weirdo, and listen to my “GPS” and follow it continually. I know I was born to follow that “GPS,” but irony of ironies, I was born to parents who prided themselves on being atheist/agnostic/rational. (It’s been quite a journey getting over those messages from them.) I know that one of my jobs here is to “be an antenna,” to listen to God, and help other people by “transmitting” words to them if God directs me to, and by simply being, God’s love and joy. Thank you for being another wonderful antenna for God, and helping other antennas, including me, to heal and grow stronger! God bless you and keep you! 💝💝💝

Dear Anita. I feel this is one of your best videos. It resonated so deeply with me. I am realizing that my self-criticism is so loud that it has been drowning out all the voices of appreciation. Among all the other filters that I have, this one filter has really been holding me back. And I also realize that acknowledging it and taking responsibility for it is the first step in letting it go. I am not sure if fear drives self-criticism or if its the other way round, what I do know now that I've been keeping them both close to me. Thank you for your advice on the steps that I can now take to really start listening to the voices in my head :-)

I blocked my voices by entering in to a long abusive marriage, when I left I discovered who I really was in relation to no one else. I felt wonderful and started experiencing some wonderful spiritual empowering things. And I felt physically so much better too. I meditated regularly for years and opened up so much I am know a clairvoyant medium. I see the spirit world and give readings to help people. Thank you for your lovely and inspiring talks Anita. I am so glad you see your filters now and you do not let them rule your life, and you make these videos! I have already watched this one several times, and the iceberg video was one of your best ever - I've listened to it again and again and sent the link to all my friends. Thanks Anita I am learning so much from your videos.They match the realisations and questions that emerge day by day. I am healing and even though I have health issues my heart is happy and my soul is content. In regards to removing things, ideas or people from yr life, my very enlightened mother used to write the name etc on a piece of paper and put them in the freezer. I have the name of my blood cancer in the freezer and I know it will never return! Haha

Thanks so much for this, absolutely True! I am in this very process, recognizing the way my mind has driven me bonkers all my life. I am an empath, and a psychic, and work with people every day. But I still have not managed to stop myself from saying "you are not good enough!" and it sabotages me all the time. It is really hard work as the more I intensify my light forces within in other words the greater the blessing the more the horrible voices start screaming at me, and the unconscious mind throws rubbish at me. This was so wonderful! Thank you Anita.

Your message makes so much sense!. My teenage son was very empathic and unfortunately recently took his own life and I believe this played a big part in him not understanding how to manage the external world with his internal world. It was a constant struggle for him. So devastating!

I learnt something I didn't realise I was doing, that I had been deflecting criticism by people pleasing, to get their approval and I've always said, "I love to be of help". This was excellent and very helpful! Now I understand why a friend of mine over reacts to everything. He hears everything as criticism and it crushes him. He is also a doormat and a people pleaser. I'm finding it very difficult being his friend because of this but this video is very helpful in understanding him. I'm going to show him this because I think it will help him understand himself better. You are such a bright light and gift to the world. Thank you for all you do!
