Instead of saying to yourself I “should” or “need” to workout, what’s helped me a lot with my anxiety towards stuff like that, it’s helped a lot to tell myself I “want” to workout.. I know I’m not using the quotations correctly but I’m hoping everyone gets the point. It’s just helped me a lot realizing it’s not something I “should” do or “need” to do it’s something I actually want to do and it always feels great afterwards

The best remedy against mold is to air, because mold just needs a damp climate. I use impact ventilation every morning and then after that heat my room up. That works pretty well.
