I would say 9001 quality management system will be beneficial to your business for you to provide a high quality service and increase costumers satisfaction.

Hello po. Hindi po mandatory requirement ang ISO. But, it is normally now required from the Client side na dapat ISO certified (like QMH, HSEMS) ang mga kukuha ng projects nila.

You need to attend the course which is usually a 5days training. (depends on the type of delivery training). Just make sure that the course & trainjng center is an approved CQI & IRCA.

You mean ma certified po? You need to develop your Management system, implement, verify the implementation then get a company na nag auaudit/certify like BV, TUV, etc.
