I think my big project days are over. Can one build a steel boat in a week or less? Thanks Barry

Might be a heavy tail gate but look how easy it is to pick up the tongue now! :-) Great project, great video! Thanks for the video Mr Barry!

Kirk Very good point! Steve came by and had no trouble raising the gate, kinda made me feel bad. O well, nobody gets "young". Barry

Watched all your videos the last week. Love how you are doing all your skills and find solutions to do the job. Wished you where my dad and learned me all of your skills in my youth. Greetz from The Netherlands

Thank you Michiel! My dad was a hard worker and was quite the recycler but not a supper craftsman. Learned most of my skills by failing until I didn't. Still have a long way to go. Thanks for watching and thanks for commenting. Barry

Very cool, my favorite part was the hinge, it will not fail everrrrrrr 😆 now some painting right? Good job sensei as usual 👊🏻
@barrylukebuilds78942 жыл бұрын
Chugaa A piano hinge on steroids. Painting is on Steve, well most likely on Steve's son. Thanks Barry

Darrin Thanks! As of last week Steve has not managed to break it. And if you knew Steve you would be impressed.

@@barrylukebuilds7894 thanks I have a guy wanting me to build something similar and I wanted a rough idea to give him on how long it would take

Wow are you serious! No woner everythings warping. Your welds omg u have a great welder just like i have. But always remember 1,3,5,7," and 2,4,6,8" welds are too long too much heat bud. Then measure each corner. Rember u can get away with a 1/8 " on measuring corners.
