Brian, I just want to say thank you! I truly did hit a point where I gave up and I couldn’t heal myself anymore than I already had tried. I needed a power greater than myself to help heal me in ways I couldn’t and restore what I had lost within myself. At that point of despair, I did feel this deeper need to rediscover my faith and to get back in touch with God. Having to relearn the holy language and letting go of things that have been keeping me bound to what feels like the depths of the ocean.

Although it's not your passion, I would still love to hear your perspective on it, perhaps in a vlog-style format, showcasing what you eat for that specific day and demonstrating how to incorporate fewer processed foods and more whole foods, etc. Nowadays, it feels so challenging to find things that aren't loaded with terrible ingredients.

You seem here to be on a borderline between a Tony Robinson motivational speaker, and yet struggling to keep a biblical context. You don't exactly seem clear on presenting life in the framework of moral/ethical absolutes. So, as you counsel men, how do you deal with issues like chemical addictions, drunkenness, and even more self-destructive behaviors like fornication/adultery? Do I "lessen" these to alter my identity, or do I comfortably place these moral/ethical issues in the biblical context of "Thou shalt NOT". This is a philosophical discussion, not a negating of your perceived calling. Have at it, but keep digging deeper. I think God has more He wants to say to you and through you.
