I have seen a few negative comments about Denise over time & I totally understand her reasons for wanting to be in the background. This interview is truly awesome, what an amazing person she is, her personality & drive has shone through in this interview. Chris, you have to get her more involved. I am sure that so many people will be blown away by this interview & that if Denise can continue to get in front of the camera that your channel will grow significantly. All the best to you both, you are both stars!!!

yea she's a beast low-key.. & it's best to just stay away from comments & threads..she's not even on ig..i'd like to 'follow' her, but i love her approach to nomadics.

monogamy..given what i know now, the pros are comforting, but the cons & heartbreak can be so distracting, sometimes paralyzing. ..but if its a business-relationship like this, two forces fusing together, I can see it. but we're still human, & the same way we want variety in our consumption of food, entertainment, experiences..relationships are the same, & rejecting that desire for new experiences, is a force against..our design.

Denise has so much to offer 👏 great interview, so much to unpack! There is another podcast you did with her right? Found it somewhere when I was binge watching your vids... I think you should both do more interviews together because together you give a good idea of how different paths could result in a fulfilling location independent lifestyle.

Great interview! It was funny when Chris was caught off guard a bit after Denise announced she wanted to travel forever :P Also "how do people contact you on the web, Denise?" "I..... don't know" hahaha, but I know where she is coming from, I'm in year four of freelancing and I still don't have a company website.

Denise is a smart lady! I'm not sure that I love freelancing as much as she does. I see it as a means to an end -- a way for me to make money and travel. I don't want to do it forever. However I love teaching people about writing and am working on making that a more permanent part of my business.

@drissaudia1323 that's australia in general. the women are a bit detached with their partners. think that's why so many people date people from other places instead. there's more passion.

Hey this is a great interview! I am on the edge of doing this digital nomad life and also want to work as a digital marketer. Denise what courses could you recommend to be able to learn the skills properly? Im trying to track down some quality training but am not sure who will give legit advice (I dont mind paying for a course if need be)? Any suggestions?

Hey Kavi. Not sure if Denise will see this so I'll chime in. Pretty sure her foundational knowledge came from her work experience in sales and marketing. She also did some university education including a digital marketing certificate from Charles Sturt University.

no..i hate to be that guy to go here..but she's a private person, she pours her heart out with these honest answers..he's her boyfriend..no response to her deep answers, just moves on to the next question. he's a dork, she's attracted to assimilating & reproducing with him..he's incredibly lucky..then again, him being so aloof, is attractive to girls..its a passive 'bad guy', opposites attraction. & it's working here. she's smart, wouldn't just tag along with a douche, this all works for her too. I need to be more passive with relationships, more active with business..that's the formula that can't lose, laws of magnetic attraction.

Hi Chris, either, it's just so many DNs' seem to focus on getting 'a job' to work on others businesses yet all have the skills to create something providing a passive income that would negate having to satisfy others so much. Cheers

When will you finally admit the whole concept of "digital nomad-ism" is a scam?
@jovrx
@jovrx 6 жыл бұрын
ShomerShabbos What does that mean? The lifestyle is not a scam. Some gurus selling dream can be scammy, but that doesn't make the whole nomad lifestyle a scam.
@simonbarnes8303
@simonbarnes8303 6 жыл бұрын
ShomerShabbos Why is it a scam? If people can make a living while traveling then good luck to them. They are not telling you how much money you will make or how to make a fast buck but how to earn money whilst traveling. I doubt that many people will become rich traveling like this but that is probably not their prime motivation.
