Things keep getting stranger and stranger as the days pass with The Red Plague, Creatures are getting mixed up entirely creating a mashed up pile of biological life with one dominant life form as the host. The plane is pretty cool though!!

The intro immediately reminded me how terrifying this mod is.

The way the plague heart sounds and speaks to the player is creepy and different but i kinda wish we could make out a bit more of what it was saying

Theory: The red plague slowly melts its victims into a amalgimation creating the plague leviathans which is why we see all kinds of creatures fused together. Those are just plague leviathans that haven't fully formed.

I think the PDA said the plagueheart was manipulating divers. Its my theory that it took over the PDA and told him to release the hearts outside of the dome so that it could spread farther.

The way the creatures keep mashing up in the worst way reminds me of Barker's "The Thing." Book and horror movie.

High respect for ya playing this mod! Going through this terror while getting jumscares that could cause heart attack, and still fighting through it like a pro subnautica player, that shows a lot of courage. Thank you for going through this nightmare for us and good luck surviving ^_^

I am in love with this mod, even though it's absolutely terrifying. The story is so immaculate

It'd be interesting if the Red Plague was influencing both you and the technology. Perhaps the plague knife and armor simply don't exist, and the Red Plague is what "created" them as part of the Plagues plan. The Red Plague likely using the technology of Alterra to get the Hearts out into the open ocean to further spread the Red Plague. If the messages with Alterra are fake, the Red Plague simply wanted to escape the dome and infect the whole planet. But if the messages with Alterra are real- or if atleast Alterra is really collecting the Hearts... .... Then chances are the Red Plague is spreading outward into space.

This is the closest thing to what my nightmares were like when I was younger, playing subnautica for the first time The sheer unpredictabiluty, the creatures that look familiar, yet are different all send chills down my spine.

honestly its surprising anthomnia manages to be so terrified, i'd have been completely and utterly pissed off if i were in his shoes (if not extremely apathetic) the mod just seems really confusing and impossible to deal with, especially the hyperactive fish which act as artificial difficulty tweak since they'll eat you alive if you stay still for only a few seconds (i understand the point of the virus being hyper-aggressive, but theres better ways to visually portray that then taking damage 24/7, where the fear factor is completely null and void since they're more tedious then scary) also, the constantly teleport instakill corpses just seem totally unfair with the fnaf security breach levels of shoving enemies into your face, and even moreso since theres no way to defend yourself from them or prevent them from spawning (even spawned inside anthom's base, luckily bugged out so it couldent kill him)

It's not the plague heart! the sea emporer is infected! shes doing the thing, like the "what are you?" but since shes infencted she goes "I am salvation" and technically in this world, she is a god. @Anthomnia

Stasis rifle the warper then use heat knife to kill it? You can also live on one of the floating islands, they don't have much life around or on them that can kill you.

Really enjoy you checking this mod out! It really is scary and i think we all know that the normal Subnautica is scary enough for most people, so it's really brave of you to see this through! Totally understand that you waited for two weeks to come back to this😅 Hope you will continue since i can't wait to see the rest of the mod through you...since i think i would be "SOO" scared to play this or at least for the constant jumpscars and louds ass music and sounds

Your player model kinda looks like that mysterious figure from a couple videos ago. What if that was someone from the previous crew? It would make sense, because even though it doesn’t looks quite human, the ghost assimilating the treaders would be an example of the plague showing its power

This reminds a lot of "The Beast" from Homeworld: Cataclysm. Very similar premise and behavior. It fits very well in Subnautica I think.

They took a Learjet 40 for the jets base model but I love that they took the look off the space shuttle for the color scheme and anti sheild thing on the bottom. Very well done

Couple of things you should focus on are setting up solar panels, getting battery chargers and getting a source of water, preferably the water filter, get a hold of those and you have water taken care of. Getting the moonpool is also exteremely useful if you want to keep your glide sub safe also get the mk4 reinforced from the sunken sub

I've realized that the AI happens to know a lot about the infection and where to lead u.. what if the infection infected the AI? Edit: I just got to the part where u realize that possiblity.

idk if you did this yet or if grav traps got removed but maybe you can make a gravtrap to stop smaller pests from attacking you since its DESIGNED to catch everything from peepers to rabbit rays. so as long as its stuck it cant annoy you can it? then again repeating. just now started learning on this mod. (its a pretty damn good idea too!)
