Without a doubt, Australia's best ever athlete. Naturally gifted; obviously! But being gifted does not automatically translate into being skillful at your chosen craft, nor will it ensure success at any level, let alone at the highest level, to achieve what Anthony has (even ignoring the timeframe), requires enormous amounts of hard work, dedication, discipline, an extraordinary mindset, plus the right people as your inner circle. We are all extremely lucky to have had the opportunity to witness a true legend. Most impressive to me is he also seems to be an incredible human. Nothing but 100% respect. His closing comments are the perfect exclamation mark to an excellent documentary.

Love him or hate him, he revived boxing in Australia when half the population didn’t even know what boxing was. Even from the boxing events of Jack Johnson to Jeff Fenech this country threw this great sport away and forgot how great it was until Mundine came along.

I didn't even know he played professional rugby league. That's crazy as. I only knew him as the amazing boxer.

Still remember watching that fight against Green on t.v here in NZ. Boxing wasn't big here then and still isn't but me an my boys were hyped as we were massive NRL fans. And then he out boxed green almost easily.

This is truly ridiculous. The narrative on each fight is completely false. In the Kessler fight he barely won a round and the documentary suggests he was in the fight. Similar for the Echols fight. They pumped up Echols on a fight with Hopkins in which he barely won a round and Echols has never beaten any decent fighter. A hand picked manicured fight career which is fine, but don't pretend otherwise. Mundine was a limited fighter who constantly proved his lack of intelligence with disrespectful comments such us "America bought 9-11 on themselves" and "woman cant be leaders in the community" referring to Cathy Freeman. Laughable! He should be condemned.
