Coincidentally I Found this Antique Cobbler Plier from Plastic Junk Yard, And seeing its Rusty condition, did not think that it can be restored. But in making this video, I used all the tools used on it. Which turned out to be a very good product after use. Enjoy it.

Heat shrink (the kind you use for soldering) can make really effective handles...

You see i make it brother. Heat is use for soft the rubber then easily put on the handles.
