She the best new comer singer. she is as good as Lata Mangeshkar or Shreya Ghoshal. We should not hesitate admitting new singers as good as old legends. She is future of Indian film music industry. In fact she have equal command on Indian classical music too. All the best to her. India need her.

Please Please Please, I can understand that you liked her singing, and she is a good singer, but please do not insult Lata Mangehskar by saying that she is as good singer as Lata g, Please dont, she is not even good as Shreya Ghoshal, so please respect the feelings of those people who are fan of them, these are great singers, especially Lata g, and you don't know her level and quality of singing. Love and respect from Pakistan.

The amount of disrespect in this discussion towards young artists is horrid. If merely being younger is enough for you guys to discredit the talent of new singers in comparison to their seniors, how about if the older generation of singers had the voices that the younger generation have, then would you say they are no competition for the younger generation of singers and insult them? Age and experience doesn't automatically trump talent and neither is talent always synonymous with age and experience. Anwesha is almost at shreya's level without having even half the experience shreya does, plus none of you take into account that not all singers have the same kind of voice, so it isn't like a new singer can come along who has the same voice as one of the already existing seniors, every singer even within the same generation will have variations in their voice, that doesn't make any one of them lesser than the other. Quite frankly, you can have an opinion, but the way you guys word things you make it sound like a fact. Stop hating on the young talented singers just because of your love for the older and experienced singers. I don't see any of you being qualified music critics to do so.

You're wrong She has that capability of singing with Shreya ma'am and lata ma'am She sings sweet like Shreya an effortlessly like lata ma'am I've been listening her since childhood In our house from female singers ,she , Shreya and lata ma'am were always played in our house And if you think that she is not good as lata or Shreya then you don't know what is MUSIC

It has become a crime in India to sing the songs of lata mangeshkar ji.... Becaz every poor fellow Is then compared to her.and at last Lata ji wins as always and that person who gives her best gets dominated.Everyone has different tonal quality. Why can't someone appreciate anwesha's perfection???! Such a pretty singer she is!And I don't find her singing lacking behind the original version.

2:30 that break in voice which occurs due to taking long Alaap... Lataji takes much longer alaaps and no break in her voice which makes her different from others and a legend.

One of the best voice, but she is recognised that much reason - her simplicity, she is so good, no nakhara, & Bwood , serialwale ko nakhara chahiye, TRP badhane ke liye , singing reality shows replying on nakhrebaz, if difficult songs can not be sung then fine. POlitics of reality shows , bwood, & serials really destroying real talented ppl who donot have link. BUt social media power is great, share this links & make popular
