1:04 when someone drops something and it sends your heart into a wild beating drum all because your anxiety has caused you to have an overactive Sympathetic Nervous System. Yes. . . Yes I know that feeling well

My panic attacks and my anxiety feels so out of this world. Whenever it happens it feels like I’m just overreacting but when I try and remember what it felt like I can’t exactly put my finger on it. It just feels like a bad dream that happened months ago.

That's actually interesting cause I switched from online to in school because of my panic attacks. the isolation and being alone made my anxiety a lot worse.

The ears ringing, the heartbeat, the fidgeting and jumping, and the immediate head-on-folded arms. Perfect. My personal attacks also include blurry and darker vision (paripheral goes black) and fast breathing. Its awful and having to hide it in public is torture.

To someone with anxiety, everyday unexpected events like that water bottle falling off the desk elicit a physical startle response comparable to if they had randomly inserted a literal horror movie-style screaming-bloody-murder jump scare.

Man, gotta say this is saddeningly accurate. My first panic attack was during a school test. I don’t even remember how it started, but it morphed from the anxiety I was used to into a feeling like my body was dying. My heart was pounding very fast, I felt so tense and afraid. I was supposed to go to a friend’s house after school, but I had a feeling like we would both die if I did. It wasn’t a normal anxiety attack, it caused much stronger physical symptoms. For anyone experiencing this, or afraid of experiencing this, just know that panic attacks pass eventually. Just try and hang on, focus on breathing. Eventually, it will fade.

The only part of this that even comes close for me is the part where something happens that stresses you (like the loud bottle hitting the floor) and sends you into a tailspin. The rest isn’t something you can watch on a screen. It feels like you are 5 seconds away from death.

I worry about worrying even weeks before the exam. I study till i can study no more. I fear even getting below a 97% in class and can go into a panic state. This video is a nightmare.

If this was supposed to represent an anxiety attack it was good with the heartbeat and nearly everything else but their breathing seemed fairly steady throughout most of it. For me, this is not accurate

Lol not a real panic attack to be honest that's just more of "I need to get this test done quickly" I've never had a panic attack during a test you're gonna need to do a better simulation probably haven't had a real one in your life, but I'm just making assumptions anyway when I go through one I have to run into a place without people there and just slowly but gradually get back to normal and get home asap cause all of the rushing in the mind can be hard on ya it's definitely stressful but ya get through it
