These prices are for spaces with more, newer amenities than you'd get in SF (not 100 year old finishes, has W/D, dishwasher) and about 300-400 more square feet of space but it's scary how similar the pricing is other than those differences. Chicago is losing its undervalued status!

Two is beautiful, especially the view. I’ll be looking to move in the Gold Coast area in February or March. Hopefully the deals are still good.

Apartments in New York run between $3500 to $6000 monthly and now in Chicago, it's getting more expensive (and just goes up each year!) !
