Remember kids, you don't need to sound HARD to catch the attention of people, you need talent. Never gets tired of these guys.

Right 100%! I cannot have enough of them neither.
@jimmyt43707 жыл бұрын
good point made but this still does sound as hard as it was intended.

Would have been talented show if they actually sung.

Singing would kinda ruin it. At least for me.

It has matter, can't play metal wiithout guitar, it's not even heavy, this band is bullshit
@user-pf7qg9lc6p3 жыл бұрын
This band proves only that, with sellos no work metal, it's fact
@TehStupidBish3 жыл бұрын
@@user-pf7qg9lc6p You can’t even spell cello and expect someone to take your opinion seriously? Metal was born out of borrowing from a lot of genres, namely blue and classical, in case you also didn’t know that. Even Beethoven’s late work can be categorized as “heavy”. Because you don’t get that or don’t appreciate it doesn’t change it’s state or roots 🤷♂️ Get a clue 😂🙌

And these guys were the "nerds" that everybody laughed at and taunted in school!
@musicman091713 жыл бұрын
what people don't realize about this is that the cello is one of the most physical instruments out there and it really takes a toll on your arms. that's partially what makes these guys absolutely amazing.
@josephfrechette9916 Жыл бұрын
It's also extremely versatile. Back in the day I played the cello and decided to adapt some Irish jigs for it. I got the swallow tail jig down but didn't try to learn any more after that because it kicked the tar out of me. But it sounded AMAZING!

Their interpretation skills are unbelievable. (1:30 - 1:50) I would see them on some classical music concert - they could play the hardest solo parts that have been written.

Anyone who can turn a metalica heavy metal song on guitaur drums bass and vocals into a cello masterpiece is one word EPIC!!!
@AlejandroHernandez-qy9wk5 жыл бұрын
As a youth that solo amazed and inspired me to pursue my cello studies. 10 years later this I can finally play it but I'm even more amazed by them in every way.

Perfect for people who like metal and people who like classical, which are usually opposite ends of the spectrum.
@Gnurklesquimp9 жыл бұрын
haha, i can relate to that. I personally don't like the sound of metal(ish) music but metalica's compositions are insane! Especially the unforgiven
@DeeFenestration9 жыл бұрын
Botar Akutabi They go surprisingly well together. Symphonic metal is the proof of that.
@StefannafetS959 жыл бұрын
Botar Akutabi Most people who listen to metal can appreciate classic music. A recent research let people put a list from favourite to least favourite genre. Most people who had metal first had classic second or third on their list. It's probably not the other way around but opposite ends I don't think so.
@HorizonExer9 жыл бұрын
Botar Akutabi Metal is much closer to classical then most other genres is.
@miss_shinku9 жыл бұрын
Have you ever even really listened to "classical"?? There are tons of heavy songs. Lots of the Vivaldi stuff is like metal before metal. It's amazing. There are so many elements of metal that derived from these 1700s baroque pieces. The violin solos can be very similar to complex metal guitar solos.
