I wasn't going to initially, but I bought the Bullseye. I got it because both my Craycort cast iron grate system and my Smoke EZ stacker attachment both fit it perfectly. After reading reviews on its temperature range (over 600 degrees Fahrenheit) it instantly dawned on me that this would be perfect for pizza and reverse searing. On my initial burn-in I got this thing over 700 degrees on a rather chilly 33 degree day.

I started using their cherry rub a few years ago after watching one of your videos. It's been my go to ever since on all things pork!!! Spicy apple and sweet seduction are great too!

I'm liking everything I'm seeing...especially the mid size Stampede. All the new stainless steel components and the built in WiFi are a huge step up.

Steve, great looking ribs. However as an owner of both a Rec Tec 680 here at home and a smaller Traeger at a vacation home, this Bullseye cook essentially duplicates what we can all do on regular pellet smokers. Good news for those trying to get into pellet smoking at a lower cost, but I'd really be interested in seeing you do a cook using the higher heat ranges for either burgers or steaks and hear your opinions on how it does. I have an old Weber charcoal kettle I might replace one day...either $200 for a new Weber or $400 for this? I like the convenience and taste of a pellet cooker, but there would have to be a strong reason to opt for the Bullseye, so let us know. I missed the fact you were on the mend, hope you are doing well. Great job, thanks for your continuing videos!
