TODAY'S RECIPE IS Apple Jam Recipe | Homemade Apple Jam Recipe | Yummy
INGREDIENTS:
Apple 1 kilo
Peel the skin
Remove seeds
Thin slices
Water 1 cup
Bring it to boil
Cook until apple becomes soft
Let it cool down
Blend until smooth
Sugar 500gm
Bring it to boil
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Use lid to avoid boiling plup
Cook cook 10 mins
Thick consistency
Drop some jam on a plate and tilt it if its not runny.
Its holding shape & line will not mix together
Jam is ready
Let it cool completely
Boiling water
Boil the jar for 2 mins
Wipe up
Store it in the fridge for 15-20 days
NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML
