Nancy... these are delicious when u make your own apple filling an dough from scratch with all purpose flour. It's the same thing just without all the chemicals.

Those look MAHVELOUS! We used to make something similar at the fire station with rolled out biscuits, stuffed with hamburger meat & cream of mushroom soup. We called them Russian hamburgers. Thanks!

I had a bag of apples that needed used but I didn't want the mess of making s crust so I googled a recipe using biscuit dough and found you! I peeled and sliced the apples, added cinnamon and brown sugar instead of white and followed the recipe for filling the biscuits and baking. It was a hit. I'm sure the pie filling will make yummy ones too so I'm going to add a couple of cans to my pantry for the next time we have an apple pie craving.

Im so glad I found this. I have so many ideas now. I think i will mix some cream cheese and powdered sugar together and make a spread and add strawberries. Like a strawberries and cream type thing. And drizzle icing over it. Looks so yummy.

These are good also with a heaping teaspoon of grated Gouda cheese 🧀 (or other cheese) on top of apples inside before folding. They’re fabulous!👍❣️

Hi there Catherine! Ok, gotta tell ya what I did. Rolled out my butter flakey biscuit on sifted powdered sugar (not flour) when big enough, sprinkled it with "apple pie spice" added 2 slices apple, raisins & walnuts. Folded it over once like a hand pie, crimped the edges, cut 2 slits in top and baked. ( no wash) then, after baked, spread icing of p/s, milk, melted butter and a shake of apple pie spice,,over the whole thing....WOW! was that ever the ticket! Excellent! Thanks so much..I don't know how you come up with all these goodies. I can't keep up with you. Haven't even started with the main meals yet...there's only 2 of us...and I only made 4 hand pies..GONE! Oh well, tomorrow's another day! 😀👍M. (Hide the scale!)

Heat your oil to 350 and fry your pies for 5 to 7 minutes flipping half through.

Or you can Airfry them, I need to break mine in lol Maybe I'll use powdered sugar after I take them out. I'll skip the cinnamon sugar

I’m headed to the store now to get all the Ingredients . I love Lucky Leaf brand. They always give you more fruit compared to the other brands. Publix in Florida stocks it .

I really liked how the looked when you first folded them over and pinched closed, would have looked nice if you sealed the edges with a nice trim with a fork, no need to go any further, just dust with the cinnamon sugar and done😻
