With the phones, did you get all the money they are offering in the website for your device? I’m planning to trade my 12 pro max for the 13 pro max, according to the website they will give me 790 dollars as discount, but my question is did you get that exact same amount they are offering , or they perform like a review of the phone to reduce that amount? No worries about my phone is perfect and no scratches but wanted to know if they are like able to reduce that amount after a review of the device.

@@lizzieriv3510 I also just had a change of heart and have received my trade in kit but will be keeping my phone. I decided it’s not worth it they are still selling my phone refurbished for $769 and only want to give me $280 I figured for that price it’s not worth it. I will keep it for a back up for me or someone in the family or sell it myself. But what I have read is if you have a change of heart before sending in the trade in just keep your item and you will just not receive any trade in credit. So Iam just going to ignore the trade in and I just want receive any credit on my new phone purchase.

sadly no. You can only trade in actual devices. so I couldn't trade my magic keyboard in to help pay for the new white. Only "computing device". I dont think you can even trade in AirPods max, or HomePods. only phones, tablet and computers

Hi Barny, So as long as you download logic through the apple store with your iCloud ID. You should not need to purchase it again as long as you sign in with the same iCloud ID into the new iMac. and in terms of proof of purchase. When I traded my stuff in they did not ask for any proof. They just ask you to factory reset the device. Hopefully that answers your question!

I’ve done mine through mail-back program and they give me a little more because I keep my devices in top condition and look like new!

@@kenc.852 so you’ve gotten the quoted amount? I’ve heard of complaints of people getting 10-20 less once the third party gets the product and then your stuck accepting the new quote or canceling it requesting it to be retuned. Good to hear you got the correct amount.

What do you mean? If you pay using an Apple Card during a trade in, apple deducts the trade in price immediately. If you pay without Apple Card, apple charges you the full amount, once you send in your device they credit you for the trade in value (cash not apple credit)

You're lucky unless you want to lose 50%. I was offered 300 for my 2020 iPad Pro, 256GB. Laughable when it sells for 600 second hand in mint condition. I don't use eBay either, they scrape 10% off and too easy to get scammed by buyers. Facebook is best, 10 minutes to list and someone comes with cash in hand. No hassle and everyone gets a fair deal.

Quite so, sell it locally, cash in hand, don't lose 50% of it's value and everyone gets a fair deal. 10 minutes to post on FB and then arrange a day/ time with the buyer. Easy.

@Jay White ... I have the M1 12.9" iPad Pro and the screen is fantastic! I have NOT experienced any blooming issue ... Tech channels love to create 'click bait scandals'. Only when the brightness is turned up 100% and a white object is displayed against a solid black background can you see any hint of "blooming". This situation would almost never exist in 'real world' situations. Rarely do we view content at 100% brightness, especially in a dark room ... usually when it is dark people turn brightness down, not up. And when I compare "Dark Mode" where white text is displayed on a black background, it looks clear and crisp ... in fact, identical to the 2018 iPad Pro !! And I am 100% certain because at this very moment I have my M1 12.9" iPad Pro directly beside my 2018 12.9" iPad Pro and I am looking at this same KZfaq video comments against the exact same background ... and text on both iPads appear equally crisp and clear. But the new M1 iPad Pro shows much whiter whites and much blacker blacks. Text appears much cleaner and easier to read on the new 12.9" M1 iPad Pro. I am totally satisfied with my purchase!
