I would go for the Garmin. Those apps in apple watch is useless to me, I use the apps in the iPhone.

Hey Folk! What about the Taptic Engine on the Garmin? I have the feeling in Garmin it is hard and noisy Does Garmin provide alerts to low or high rate notifications when sleeping?

Track my health, my heart rate,my sleep and my activity. Good duble band GPS and i can receive the notification that i need and long battery life. I don’t use the smartphone app on a watch.
