Great bike I’m a big fan of all these smaller displacement bikes they are starting to make popular again. Only drawback for the Aprilia is there is only 2 dealers in the entire state I live in!! Closest one is 43 miles… until a lack of dealership presence changes I will continue to look at the metrics…

The opinion is if the prices were competitive and value for money then the company would be proud of it and would have announced it. Long story short, not announcing the price is a very bad sign is what I have heard. Your thoughts?

@@HP-to4dvMisano is the only Italian GP of the year after September, which is when the bike was ready.... hence the bike reveal here... However its made in India and its appropriate to reveal prices their first. Hence the delay. Wait for the inaugural Indian MotoGP (Sep24). We can have more details leaking... U can compare Royal enfield 650 prices of India Vs USA. That kinda jump can be equated to Aprilia as well. Wait for India price reveal. My guess - It'll be 7200 USD for you guys

Hey Victor! I gather from your videos you're an Aprilia fan? I'm dying to get my hands on this motorcycle. Looks really nice. Launch in India was supposed to be in Sept 20th (today) but no news. Called the Aprilia showroom and told them I'd like to exchange my 2 month old Duke with less than 500kms the moment this comes out. 😅

You're smart to want to trade in your Duke. Launch date and pricing are yet to be confirmed. For the USA, I think we'll get it in Spring next year.

Btw, this is probably gonna be priced at about $5 - 5.5k. The rs660 here costs 3x the price. Is it worth saving for that or does a Honda cbr650r make more sense at 2x the price?

@victor_Moto would you be willing to approach Aprilia with a game changer for the industry? In this case making a dash software and fuel pump upgrade so that for the 2021-2023 model Apes we can have a fuel gauge? No other manufacturer offers software upgrades that I know of. Yes i'm selfish because I bought the 2023 RSV4 and now considering this. If they put this on the 2024 Aprilia RSV4 and have a color scheme I like a trade in may be happening.

That dash looks sic. How does it compare to the Ninja SE 500 tft display? Im actually in between the Ninja or the Aprilia and whichever one has the better display is the one I will buy. I also wanted a Bike in Blue and not sure why if we gey a new bike why cant we choose the color

Cool, Thanks for the info! I know this is a dumb aesthetics question but KAWA offers a screen protector for the 500 display screen and Im wondering will or does Aprilia have a Screen Protector option because I would like to order it the same time when I do a deposit for the bike like the Ninja lets you add that on during check out. The Ninja SE comes with Frame Sliders and a Longer windshield included and will the Aprilia 457 offer Fram Sliders like the Ninja SE? The Kawa seems to offer more add ons to protect and even after all those are added I was getting a quote of $2k cheaper then the Aprilia after the added Freight expense etc. Then if I have to buy frame sliders adds to the cost versus SE kawa had them included Will there be a Matching iridescent Prismatic Dark color changing Helmet to Match the bikes color? Thanks

Battery voltage reading is supposed to be 14 volts minimum This one is barely 12...see the dash. Its a showpiece that doesn't get the opportunity to charge itself... hence the issue

I own a ‘24 660 Exstrema. The dash is smaller, which is annoying. US Spec, the signals are within the mirrors. When I did the UpMap Tune, I then was able to get the signals integrated in the headlights

@@andrewhighman1784 That's right Lots of folks in the US know the integrated signals is achieved with the Euro feature found in ECU maps. The bigger dash on the RS457... well of course features will continue to improve especially with a completely new model. The RS 660 is about 3 years old now. But this is the first time I've heard complaints about the RS660 dash.

Too much tech for the bike imho. Even the RS660 has too much. No need for a full APRC electronics package. Could have dialed it back a bit and made the price a little more affordable.

@@Victor_Moto The sv650 and the rs660 rev higher with more displacement. The R3, Ninja 400, Ninja 300, Ninja 250, cbr250rr, and more have significantly higher rpm limits. My guess is this engine in very detuned for emissions/noise regulations. With a pipe and fuel controller it will probably make a decent power gain. I like everything besides the bike besides that though, 12k+ rpm with that 270 crank would have been glorious.

I like the bike overall. But why are all the bikes becoming 2 wheel teslas? I like bikes because I want to get away from all the stupid tech that comes with every car these days. Why do we have to squeeze so much crap into these bikes?

I don't feel that way. You can turn down and turn off just about all of these electronics.

@@Victor_Moto it's more so the screen and all the buttons and controls. Why cant that stuff be an option? It'd help keep the cost down on a base model aswell

457 why not name it 450/455/460. 457 that 7 hard to read abit haha maybe that my problem. Hp/torque is enough already for it segment + 270 crank +TC+ABS , design is nice better than RSV4 because that side winglet on RSV4 abit ugly.overall power is more than enough if u say slow maybe u need let go your ego no one use top speed everyday anyway, respect each other and enjoy ride together 👍🏻

@@Victor_Moto i would hope so too, it would be nice if it would come up to the rs 660,not gonna lie it was my thought as well i was just joking and being sarcastic .it would be nice however to be able to get software updates over the air through MIA and the Aprilia app rather than relying on the dealer because I’m not sure mine know much considering I just got my bike back from taking about 2-3 weeks to install the reverse gear shift kit witch is a 260$ pice of nonsense on a paper with a code.i would rather have Aprilia invest their money on dealer support than putting out another bike they won’t give support for though
