I used to intentionally watch a new Angelina video alone...didn't want to have to make excuses for the tear or two that had leaked out and was working it's way down my cheek. Best version of Suspicious Minds I have ever heard, hands down. Not just her voice and what it does, but the arrangement. It's her musicality, her soul, all of it together.

There are a number of great singers and then there is Angelina Jordan. The others sing but you have to bring your emotions to the performance. When AJ sings she provides the emotion to fill your heart.

There is no shame in tears shed when Angelina sings. She doesn't just sing the notes of a song, she sings the emotions. You've heard a song a thousand times, but you never understood the song until Angelina sings it. I don't know how many times this young lady has left me in tears, evoking some long forgotten memory or stirring long dead emotions. This is art!

She sings as if Heaven flows through her. The voices of those past seem to just reverberate through her, and she sings with such joy, love and passion that you feel it in your heart. It lifts the sole. In medieval literature where they talk about the Bards of old it was known as the "Halo Effect" when a singer can elicit such emotion it's like standing within the halo of an angel. I only just found your channel so I don't know if you have already reacted to Dimash Qudaibergen. If you haven't and decide to react to him you will be witnessing a phenomenon of God given gift and lifetime discipline. He is from Kazakhstan. Just turned 29 years old. Every song he sings is outstanding. To begin the Dimash experience I would suggest for the first hearing to listen to Dimash - SOS at the Slavic Bazaar from a few years ago. I love love love everything he does but he does a song at his Armenian Concert from this year called "I'll die for the wind in the mountains" and I believe he was born to sing sounds like that. Watch the 6 minute version 😊 I cannot praise him enough but he would be embarrassed as he is a very humble man. In one episode they Interviewed a Doctor who said he actually prescribes listening to Angelina Jordan to improve their health. After their father gave them Video game "Rock Band" the girls fell in love with it and the middle child at ag 6 had propensity for playing the drums (she was 6) so they got her lesson, of course the older sister 8, wanted to learn her instrument (guitar)...5 years later a younger sister now 8 (a bass player) made a you tube video to upload for the grandparents who don't live near them. Don’t get embarrassed-we all cry when Angelina sings. There’s no way you can stop after this playlist. You have only scratched the surface. For instance, I’ve been watching Angelina for years, and most of my favorite performances of hers fall between ages 10 and 12. You’ve missed so many A+ performances that it would be hard to list them all. However, I do ask that you go back and watch all four of her Norway’s Got Talent performances to see how much she progresses, along with her teeth growing in, between ages 7 and 8. Each performance is more amazing than the previous one on NGT. Then you need to watch her sing My Funny Valentine at age 10 followed by her singing it at age 16. Million Miles is an original, written about her grandfather who passed away. Her first original, What Is Life, was written at age 11 and came out on her first album It’s Magic at age 12. All the songs on that album are beautiful. Then you cannot miss hearing Song for A, La Boheme, Diamonds Are Forever, It’s A Man’s World. I could go on and on, but I will stop here.
