I feel like it's been a while since we've sausaged a sandwich from a fast food place. We're getting back to our roots.

As much as I enjoy the bold new directions Mr. Sausage takes with sausage making, I always appreciate him getting back to basics. By that I mean taking some strange fast food creation and just shoving into the grinder.

The most classic episode in a while. Feels like coming home.

As much as I appreciate the new directions this channel has explored, it's hard to beat the classic "stuffing a whole burger into a grinder" format.

I'm sure someone else has said this, but I feel like the enjoyment in the sausage would greatly benefit from less bun. Like maybe add the top and half buns of one hamburger, maybe the top or bottom bun of the other, but leave it at that. I just feel like the excess bun would help to mask the full potential of the overall flavor even if the sausage gets a 5/5.

Glad to see a classic fast food sausage. I honestly don't see the point in ground wagyu, though. The entire reason that those cuts of meat are supposed to be so good is the marbling. You know what's so great about ground meat? You control the fat content, and ensure it's evenly distributed. Grinding wagyu or kobe beef just turns them into ordinary hamburger.
