X-Men 97 is the best thing to ever come out of the Disney era! It is too good! It's a seamless transition from the original series and I honestly want to buy this cabinet just because X-Men 97 is such a diamond in the rough! paPOw!!!!!!!! 💥👊💥

The show is absolutely incredible . One of the best super hero shows / movies ever created . I think the cab looks great so why not ? When we over analyze everything It makes things harder to enjoy

X-Men 97 is already being praised by Hollywood media and Variety to win an Emmy or several Emmy’s. And after seeing episode 5, I agree. Shogun is the 2nd best TV show this year but X-Men 97 took me by surprise. Don’t be fooled by it being a cartoon. It’s flipping good.

I'm not into Arcade1ups TBH, but if I were to buy one it would be mainly for the nostalgia of the licensed cabinet designs. This X-Men 97 cab has no nostalgia value in its design, so even if I were looking to buy an A1up it would not be this one.

For arcade 1 up is a loss but I see it as a potential win for the customer. Let’s say you buy the cabinet and hack it to add the Konami X-men game. Then if rom modders change the game to feature the X-men 97 cast to the original rom in the future you can then add that one.

I love it, I like the size I don't like XL. This is going to be the standard shape for modification from now on, let's hope us people from the UK can get one

I actually kinda want this cab because of the artwork. I wouldn’t have hesitated if they updated the PCB, but they didn’t and that PCB struggles to run MVC2 to my liking. And yeah, the show is great. I wasn’t expecting it to live up to my excitement but it has so far

Been asking for Arcade1Up to do a 3 in 1 Robotron, Smash TV & Total Carnage cabinet for 3 damn years 😂 They're all Williams/Midway games and all 3 use two joysticks. No-brainer to me but hey, I guess Fast & the Furious is more important 😢

Not that I would be likely to get it either way, but I think this cabinet, even as a tie-in to X-Men '97, would be better if they made the following changes to it: They should have only used characters on the side art that appear in BOTH this new cartoon series and are playable characters in at least one or more of the included arcade games. So Jean, Morph, and Bishop shouldn't be included IMO. Jubilee is a stretch since she only appears as an assist character in MvC1. Beast is only playable in the included SNES X-Men game (and I agree with you that those console games shouldn't have even been included), and only appears in a background in MSHvsSF. And then Rogue and Storm are both catch-22s. Rogue's design just doesn't quite look like she did in the 90s... in either the original cartoon or the games. It's close, but no cigar. And I'm not just talking about them reducing the size of her chest and rear-end. Even her face and other features don't quite look right. Where other designs stayed close, hers is off overall IMO. The only problem with Storm is her new hair style, which is fine for the new show, but is not how she appears in the games. So it's tricky since I would prefer characters that are playable in the game, on the new show, and with designs that are at least similar overall. But they could include villains like Sabr-tooth and Juggernaut, for example. I also would have preferred if they didn't have the X-Men '97 logo on the sides of the cabinets, just leaving it down to images of the characters and maybe the X logo. This way, the side art would be better suited to the included games while still showcasing characters from the new show. And if someone wanted to still keep the cabinet X-Men themed overall, they could just swap out the marquee for an X-Men COTA marquee, or an X-Men vs Street Fighter Marquee. I also wish the lower part of the front of the cabinet was just black and didn't have the odd image of Wolverine there.

I have full confidence disney will destroy xmen 97. I also have no need for an xmen cab without the xmen game

The amount of love xmen 97 is getting in here is making me laugh. They are now the bad guys and have lost the high ground by no longer fighting for peace. They are the aggressors now and its gonna get real bad as thr only one that wanted to keep the series legit was fired. Hopefully i turn out to be wrong but man people are really attacking here

If Amazon preorders are to be Taken into account, it looks to be doing just fine As far as the "haters". They've been drowned out by the extremely positive reviews and reception the show is getting. I would keep it mind that the world is bigger than the home arcade hobbyist community and the people that only care about nostalgia. This was a good idea because it reintroduces people to classic games in a new way. It's not your thing, I get it. But the new show is popular despite all the hate that was thrown before the game even came out. I understand people don't like change, but change can be a good thing with respect to Disney and the MCU. If you want the OG star wars... well.. continue watching OG Star Wars, and Marvel

Xmen 97 is a reskin of an older cabinet. Obviously it's a failure to the Arcade 1up community that still exists if there is one. Mainly used to be die hards who have seen the light these days. Love how the comments section can't read either he asking about the cab not the show. 🤣🤣🤣🤣 Nowhere in the title does it says Disney's X-Men 97.

MvC2 still sucks online using A1Up. Delay based netcode ruins any real competitive gameplay. They didnt fix that with this release.
