My mother owned a health food store in the 80's and she walked in! I was surprised! We got talk about that hospital scene! Her name is vinette carol. She was priceless!

I'm a 50 year old Brother, I grew up on this show. It was funny then and still funny now. Archie was always honest with his feelings but knew when to bend. Great character, played by s great actor, Carroll O'Connor.

Ms. Carol did a fantastic job playing that part. The accent is correct. She WAS raised in Jamaica and the West Indies! Read about her in Wiki. She was a brilliant person who made quite a contribution to the arts.

Yes, and I believe that the doctor donated her blood to Archie, which he would later joke made him dance better. He also pointed that out when the KKK was trying to recruit him, saying he was black by infusion or something like that! God I love this show!
