I enjoy your videos Funny you just posted this, just did the same thing to my Arctic Cat a few weeks ago. I didn't realize how much the ride had deteriorated until I put the bushings in. All of the sudden, the shocks can do their job again.

I put all balls bearings in my 95' trx300fw rear diff ... Kind of thinking I might regret it due to the quality? P.S: Would be cool to have front diff videos on the 300s! Or more videos about 300s all around.

I have a 1986 Honda trx 250 how do u get the side gear for the transmission for the kick start back in I tried to put it in it seems like it's hitting something is there an easyer way to install it

What kind of grease are you using?

This actually doesn’t look that difficult if you have the right equipment. We just took our older Arctic Cat to the shop because we let the battery go down and it sat up for about 2 years and fuel was gummed up in the engine. Having all that cleaned out and fluids replaced, cost us $400. We were told it would be another $300 for the shock bushings to be replaced, as they are starting to wear out. My husband isn’t real mechanical but I know he could figure it out by watching this video. I’m trying to convince him to give it a try before we have to shell out another $300!!!

Im not sure about using plastic, ive allways used solid rubber and washers, it damps down a little of the vibration, but thats on small motorbikes :-). The owner of that atv wants a kick up the butt, lack of care/maintainance, shame :-(. Hope your doing well with your business :-D.

looks like those bushings were too hard and have cracked and fallen out, they used to use rubber they lasted for 35 - 40 years
