Mau tanya bosku aku punya mesin Suzuki DF20AL yang enjektor nya rusak, Gimana solusinya biar bisa di pakai lagi?

Why not just use torque specs tightening is too subjective. Crush washers should not be reused.

I've seen your idea and I think it's very smart. Thanks a good idea. Also too I want to get your opinion on something. I have a 2007 Cadillac Escalade that I'm changing. The water pump on truck is in a maximum shape of good truck. I haven't lost oil pressure yet, but do you think? I should change the oil pump since I'm nearby and I've already made room to access it.suv has 170,000 miles on it

This engineering is crap. Planned obsolesence at its worst. Should have been a class action law suit for all of the LS motors setting in the junk yards from no oil pressure. Also having to remove the heads to access the lifters is plain idiot design. Why not put the starter in under the intake manifold for good measure? (they didn't but it wouldn't have surprised me). Adjusting lifter preload by buying different length pushrods. Very touchy hydraulic roller lifters that won't stay pumped up. I could go on and on. They could have made the engines SOHC or DOHC with 4 valves, no pushrods, no roller lifters held in position by plastic fixtures, but NOOOO

So, did the low oil pressure deprive the engine of vital oil?

If you have a 1998 Valkyrie that needs the carbs redone, it has been totally neglected. I have a 1997 1HFSC3403VA001582 that has never been torn down. It has never sat more than three months. Runs like the day I got it in 1996 (Honda always sold their next year bikes in the current year). Sure, I have run carb cleaner through it a few times, changed plugs, lots of oil, batteries and tires but, that is to be expected. 28 years and 116,000 miles. I have had other bikes and cars at the same time.

Great vid guys, thank you! So as far as the engine oil specifically, it ended up being about 3 qts total then? Thanks!

The nose side sits in the engine oil? I don't think that's right. At least not on my bike. The manual says nothing about draining the engine oil before taking the starter motor off the bike

Nice. Why do I have such a hard time with simple things, like Cotter pins? First set didn’t fit between the castle points so I got ones a little narrower. Also it’s a pain spreading the tips under the spindle so I pushed the pin up from the bottom. Much easier to work on. Also my Bearing Buddy that matched my new hub did not fit in as deep as the original. Directions on BB says to send them parts so they can assess. We shall see..

They don't have any videos on how to tap out a flywheel pulley when the nut gets stuck in the middle of the flywheel is there a way to pre-drill out the hole from the flywheel where is distal waste of time let me know

When I changed mine, I put the impeller into the pump housing first, making sure the vanes were all facing the correct direction, then slid the housing down over the shaft and then lined that all up with the shaft key. Make sure that the impeller vanes are bent the right way.

Ray, You are totally awesome! Best KZfaq video I've ever watched. Great tips that you also add about the wheel rotation. Lot of people wouldn't think of that. In fact I didn't. I wished you lived closer. I'd have you do my work. Not that I can't do it myself. Just that you're such a great guy. I think you deserve it.

Anyone know what happens if you install the ball joint backwards? I'm getting a "clacking" noise now when turning corners after replacing the boots and reassembling - wondering if I might have made that mistake . . . ?
@cbchasemanАй бұрын
Nope, wasn't that. Took both axles apart again just to verify - everything was installed correctly, but still getting the clacking/clunking noise when cornering. No idea what it is.

I ended up filling the engine oil through the filler hole on the top of the engine near the spark plugs. I didn't even know about that oil reservoir off to the side. I'm hoping it circulates everything just fine where it needs to be lol. Wonder if I should drain and refill.
