I want to know directly we use this injection or we need to aad some liquid medicine in this injection

Generally, we inject the medicine mixed with some normal saline.

Good video, thanks! Are PRP injections good for both tendonitis and partial rotator cuff tears? PRP vs. cortizone injections impact to joints and tissues?

PRP is good mostly for low grade (10-20%) partial tears. I wouldn't use it just for tendinitis. Cortisone is ok for tendinitis but like you may have heard, it can weaken the tendons, ligaments, and cartilage. I try to avoid those except in a couple situations. Please see my video on that topic.
