Surely $100 headlights can't be good....right? Well in this episode, we put a pair of ‪@eBay‬ headlights on the 75 Series landCruiser using a ‪@stedi_australia‬ module.

Ohh good question! Haven't had that before. No I haven't found it to be the case. I have a changed head unit and all works well with apple play.

I’ve just brought a set but I don’t under how to do the wiring for the halo and could you please tell me which plug goes into what colour for the halo Cheers

Hey Mate, yeah sure thing! Just need to connect the positive of the halo light onto your accessories panel. If you flick me a message on Instagram, I can take a few photos and walk you through it :)

Hey Bro ive got those on my 75....They're great, what pisses me off is some oncoming vehicle's think ive got high beam on....my answer to them is i turn my Spotties on!! 😅

@@JRCadventures We have this problem too but we have the Bush Droof version and it's so bright that even truck drivers are flashing us. We thought we might try the eBay ones, but we will have the same problem. We will try and adjust to get them to point down a bit. Front on with our other car, I can see the Troopy lights are blinding people. We haven't been able to drive during the night because of this 😑😮‍💨

They look good. You should also be able to replace the white sidelights with LED bulbs

Hey mate that other blinker wire is it just a case of running it to the same spot you put the halo day wire and bingo your on? Cheers ..

Hey Mate - I think you would need to run that to a source that only gets power when your indicators are on.

@JRCadventures Wow they made a huge difference on my truck..same yr as yours.. With the stedi also.. I just haven't run the wires to the power box yet for the day halo.... Hopefully today..🤙I think I'll leave the blinker actually..

Hey! Yeah they sure can. I had to adjust mine down so they didn't shine in peoples cars! The spread is great. Well worth it

What does the black box thing do? And what it's purpose?

It basically allows the 12v to work and power the LED. You can't just wire it directly :(

Really bright hey! Just need to make sure they are angled to the ground and not up in other peoples rear vision mirrors

They actually suck. Hi low beam doesn t work with the toyota system. You can wire them and work great wth regular toggle switches...they don t like the reverse polarity

You have to run relays to change the 2 negatives to 2 positives
