I love the part of the video where you tested the handwriting conversion and the RM nailed it flawlessly; then you were able to add additional text using the keyboard. I feel like this would fit my workflow so well because I love to start by handwriting and then switch to typing as the document progresses. I just ordered one of these and am excited to test it out! Thanks for the video!

Loving the background audio today. I have a background in traditional West and Central African percussion, underground Jungle/DnB, Ambient, Downtempo Hip-Hop, and Breakbeats and your audio has always hit right 🔥 Matches your enthusiasm, and brings a lot of style and substance to your content. I find myself looking forward to your videos and the tracks. Keep being creative and sharing your insights. The different use cases that come up for you which highlight distinctions between these devices is very helpful. I look forward to your feature applications content. I know that as it matures I see myself using this amazing tech (‘kit’ heh), for a long time to come. I am already benefitting greatly from daily use with something as limited as the Scribe (new features to come notwithstanding), which has been great for learning. I would love to see the many excellent suggestions that come up in your content and comments section being implemented. I have my type folio as of yesterday, I am very disappointed with the material quality of the folio. Very cheap plastic, nothing like the premium reMarkable folios. Why is no one talking about this?

I have both, and I'm very happy with them. The keyboard is wonderful for certain types of notes, especially since I can then mark them up with the pen. The font is too small for use in the classroom via the screenshare option, but it is quite useful for me. I have also used it a bit to clean up my handwritten text which I've changed to typed text. But I honest find that easier to do on Evernote: I frequently send such text to my Evernote because I use that a lot on my channel. I write in cursive, but reMarkable actually does a great job reading my scrawl.

You can adjust the text size to suit your needs

@@inkfrogrfx I'll have to figure out how to do that. I've seen how to adjust the type of text, but not how to adjust text size. That would be useful in teaching!

Hello, I think it isn't a massive impact. Keyboards are pretty low powered on the whole, but I haven't tested it extensively. 😀

This was a wonderful first look. The keyboard is totally worth getting. You mentioned something in this video though that I am curious about. If you can tell me, when using the Supernote with the Lamy pencil with a reMarkable nib in it, does that feel like it does on the reMarkakable, or do you still have to press a little firmer? Thanks😀

There's no cmd/option keys for Mac users and I also find it does have a bit of a learning curve and the weight of it does detract from the usability, you probably want to keep the non type folio too.

What are the options for optimum feel + lowest price, did you find the eraser on marker plus was enough of a time saver to warrant the price over an extended period? I really don't want to abandon the feel as designed, so the only possibly alternative I see to a remarkable pen is the kindle scribe pen with remarkable nibs, I've heard that's possible. I tried out Lamy on a supernate and did not like the feel at all hence I don't think I'd be interested in the staedtler

I like the lamy with remarkable tips for best price, and you still have the button for erase. The marker plus is nice though.

Definitely interested in seeing 3rd party comparisons! I felt a bit deflated with the price of the accessories here. If I could see what the market offers, it would help me decide on what my future setup will be.
