Ant and KAT need to be held more accountable. Everybody talking about Rudy on that island in that final shot but the two stars of the Wolves have been complete no-shows for like 5 games in a row now. NBA media been overglazing Ant for his 'aura' and 'face of the league' which he still could be, but he's clearly ways away from that rn. If any other 'superstar' like Luka is playing like Ant is rn they might be kicked out of the Top 10 altogether

Yeah I really don’t understand it, like I’ve been a MN fan my whole life, ANT and KAT have been not shooting well at all the last 3 games. And Rudy has been playing good if not great the ENTIRE playoffs. Like ant I understand he’s 22 and being this deep into the playoffs could throw him off but KAT only does well when ANT does well. It’s weird it’s like ANT is his big brother and when ANT does well it’s like KAT has to play well to try and show him up, but ANT goes through these little spurts where he’s out of it or can’t shoot well or whatever it is. But of course it’s during the first WCF in 20 years :(

I didn’t really enjoy his music when I was younger though. I really enjoy listening to him now, sometimes it takes me awhile to appreciate different sounds.

It’s just questionable that a DPOY has to be off the floor in a crunch time situation because you are worried about him being a liability on defense. Luka makes the shot on almost anyone but you are crazy if you think any other defensive minded player is gonna face guard him to the point where he can get that step back.

26:30 I agree with what the guys are saying right here but also you gotta remember driving to the paint and getting pass that defense takes energy and when you defending and trying to get a bucket you feel that strain. That’s why we saw Ant settle for a lot more threes. It’s not as easy as ky makes it look to drive in that paint and get a bucket. It takes experience even bodily experience, to go out there and beat one or two guys off the dribble and get a bucket. Ky has had games like this one where he’s tired and couldn’t drive as much especially against a top tier defense and we see him struggle, but overtime you build that resilience and game to where you can position yourself to execute those plays more efficiently and make it less taxing. It just takes experience and constant working on that part of your game. But Ant will get there but it’s defo taking a toll on him mentally and bodily

The advantage of Dallas' centers is that because they aren't scorers they are out there looking for lobs/rebounds/blocks. So they are high intensity minutes and don't mind getting subbed out at 5 or 6 minutes. Kidd just switches them back and forth all game until the end, where he lets the guy playing the best stay in. It wears down the other team because they are getting significant rest every quarter.
