Over a period of time the inner fender flare becomes brittle from the heat of the catalytic converter and starts flapping in the right cross wind… Both of my trips to Colorado have resulted in these melting/fraying instances… In the occurance it makes a really loud vibration flapping sound.. I would disregard it unless it’s causing issues to other components

Anyone get their cats stolen on a JL Wrangler or JT Gladiator? If yes, how did they do it? Anything we can do to slow them down?

It's part of the exhaust manifold that gets bolted on to the engine. Seems like a real PITA to steal. There are MUCH easier cats to steal. Last night someone stole one from my neighbor's old Honda Civic in under 30 seconds. By the time I heard it and realized what was happening and got to the window, the POS was already getting back in his car for a quick getaway.
