I built with Toll and wouldn’t build with them again. Every upgrade costs $$$ and the quality of the finished product left a lot to be desired. Lack of attention to detail at this price point was a great disappointment to say the least. Not to mention the amount of time I’ve lost alone in warranty repair appointments amounts to thousands at this point (0 reimbursement for lost time) and getting Toll to fix anything they left out or screwed up during construction is an uphill battle. Additionally, Toll will use your closing docs signature as ammunition to refuse warranty repairs that went unnoticed prior to closing. This also applies to errors on their part so buyer beware. In retrospect, I wish I had built with another builder. Lesson learned

So true. TB finished product is extremely poor and they don’t stand behind the “luxury build.”

Not now. Maybe at one time. Get a custom builder and get more at the same quality and cheaper. Or buy an existing home that isn’t too old and save hundreds of thousands.

I dont get why anyone would live in the Sacramento/Rocklin area. Summer is HOT. Might as well live in Chicagoland. Triple digit heat. Liberal gov and expensive and remote for Rocklin. Yuk.
