Exactly what I was looking for Dr. Myers is on point' despite my bad drinking habits it makes sense as having allergies and hydration correlate to myofacial issues...etc...

beautiful! Thanks, Tom. (and don't worry about your character lines - they're great!) Hydrating becomes more difficult with age also because of stresses on the liver, adrenals, and thyroid. Detoxifying, eating the best individual nutrition so that every cell has its best permeability and electrolyte balance are all critical also.

+Julie Sands - Julie, if you are still following this, could you please say more about "hydrating becomes more difficult because of stresses on the liver, adrenals, and thyroid"? From a Chinese medicine point of view, I believe, stresses on liver, adrenals and thyroid, show symptoms of 5 point heat (hot head, hands and feet) and an extreme aversion to drinking water during the day, with extreme thirst in the evening, but not enough time to re-hydrate. Is that what you are referring to?

+Bob Tracey You need to review your anatomy. Fascia has nothing to do with eye focus. Actually, you need to review the importance of fascia with concerns to the claims you're making. Mr. Myers did and so should you. Quote from Tom Myers "I am so over the word ‘fascia’. I have touted it for 40 years - I was even called the ‘Father of Fascia’ the other day in New York (it was meant kindly, but…) - now that ‘fascia’ has become a buzzword and is being used for everything and anything, I am pulling back from it in top-speed reverse. Fascia‬ is important, of course, and folks need to understand its implications for biomechanics, but it is not a panacea, the answer to all questions, and it doesn’t do half the things even some of my friends say it does." Interesting and does sound like "good advice". But it's his theory and I wonder what evidence is behind it? There was one error of fact in the claim that presbyopia (the phenomenon of progressive difficulty with near focus as people get older) is due to stiffening of the iris. It is rather due to stiffening of the _lens_. There probably is scientific study regarding the chemical/molecular mechanism of that phenomenon. Might be due to "drying out".

He's not moving his mouth very much when he is talking. His second calling is being a ventriloquist. Haha.. That was funny. He's a damn genius. I love the info. But just practice not using fascial I mean facial expression and you may not need ANY water. Again, just having a little bodywork fun.
