I love your information, i have many of your books and try to follow eating clean. I was wondering if eating this way also helps to regulate women's hormones after menopause?

I was an hourly worker in a factory for 52 years. I would leave the house at 2:15am (dark). I would be in a concrete building with no windows all day long. Got out of work at 3pm. I did this 6 days a week for 52 years. Amazing I'm still alive.

Is it true that you can put your mushrooms out in the sun gill side up they will naturally absorb vitamin d? Is this a good way to get extra vitamin D?

Think this post is maybe what you refer. Natural Hygiene was taught by Natives to USA medical people & those teachings remained the law of the land up until the late 1800's when big pharma began to take over making Natural Hygiene unjustly obsolete until early 1900's when Herbert M. Shelton re-founded the orthopaedic practice at his health sanatoriums & by the 1950's he ran for potus, but big oil land grabs & big pharma swindles had a monopoly by then, also it was further corrupted by the liquor industry that had spiraled out of control as a drug of choice ever since the 1930's. So it is way past time to make Natural Hygiene a part of our daily lives again, as the once sober apple cart was upset too many times over the years by oppressive governmental inebriated addicts who have been increasingly abusing a once sound medical practice here in America for far too long. Here is my take on needed improvements for those who have yet them or even considered changing these corrupt current laws yet. Back around the 70's reagan began shutting down state hospitals to save taxes for the rich resulting in an ever increasing spiral of homeless street people & overcrowded prisons. Reagan was inebriated on his bubbly. That points to another mess up that occurred back in the 30's when they made alcohol their drug of choice as legal recreation & criminalized other intoxicants. Past time for a resolution to both these gross errors. 1- make all drugs & alcohol legal medically with supervision. 2-drug & alcohol test all law enforcement, politicians, educators & gun owners at their own expense, never as illegal recreation in use currently. Until those insane obsolete laws, rules & regulations are changed with appropriate resolutions the errors of the past will continue to escalate.

Here in Europe you produce only Vitamin D between 9 o’clock and 15 o‘clock from April to end September….…your body must be half naked ..the best vitamin D producer is a naked back…so 5-10 minutes is by far not sufficient ( 30 minutes at minimum)….Your vitamin D blood level must be over 50ng/ml ..better 60ng/ml to prevent breast cancer, diabetes 1 (for both 80%risk reduction) etc etc… Supplementation should be adapted to your weight, skin type and sun exposure…5000 to 10000iU should be supplemented and are safe proven in many studies….Our body produces in a good sunny day 20000 to 30000 iU…..Even blood level of 150ng/ml are safe and the u-shape vitamin D curve is a myth debunked by many vitamin d scientist ( Dr Michel Holick, Dr Bruce Hollis etc etc) …A daily vitamin D supplementation is the best ( shown in studies and as Vitamin D itself seems to have positive effects)….So I ask Dr Fuhrman to update his knowledge of vitamin D as high vitamin D supplementation is absolutely necessary and not dangerous at all!

What level of Vitamin D do landscapers have? And when you find out the answer tell me scientifically how levels over 60 ng/mL are bad news for your arteries.

@@Jeffs60People in tropical countries have 50-70ng/ml… Vitamin D ( not the activated forms of vitamin D) seems to stabilize lipid membrane…also the lipid membrane of endothelial cells…(but the underlying mechanisms are not well understood yet)……As vitamin D has a short half life, you should take vitamin d daily…Level over 60ng/ml is a good level…I have a level over 100ng/ml as I recover from rheumatoid arthritis
