In this video, I talk about the current real estate market in the Johnson City, TN area. I try to help answer the question, if someone is priced out of the local market for purchasing a home. I go into detail the percentage hike of housing costs over the past four years.
I'm a full-time realtor in the Johnson City area. Being a military family, we've lived in several places, but I was born and raised in the Appalachian Mountains. I love living in Northeast Tennessee.

We are moving down there next summer buts crazy to think how little house your income can get compared to when I bought my current house in 2017. To find this house now I’d be paying $600,000. One can only hope interest rates come down.

@@Oldcarnut63 An administration change will not affect the current problem of wages not increasing to match the cost increase and the absolute avalanche of foreign money which is inflating the market for 'investment' properties. The LLCs buying up all of this real estate have American sounding names often, but if you can follow the money it is all overseas. Europe went through this several hundred years ago, and the 'landed class' became the landlords, or just lords after awhile.

Hello Mem. I visited your KZfaq channel and I find your content very good. Your video's Overview, Title, Description, Social, Checklist, SEO options are not correct due to which your videos are not ranking well. If these issues can be resolved then hopefully the videos will rank better.
