In this video, I talk about three affordable towns in Northeast Tennesse that isn't far from Johnson City. There are other affordable towns...These are just three that I decided to talk about.
I'm a full-time realtor in the Johnson City area. Being a military family, we've lived in several places, but I was born and raised in the Appalachian Mountains. I love living in Northeast Tennessee.

I found this video very helpful. It’s good to know the average sale prices for towns around there and I hope you do other towns. How about gray? Jonesborough or Greenville? Thanks!

Is mold a problem in many homes of this region? so much water, and basements

I dont see it come up super often in homes....but it certainly can be if people don't properly seal their basements.
