My narc ex-husband said the EXACT same thing: “you are not the wife I wanted” when I stood up for myself. I was discarded twice. Good f**king riddance.

I can admit that I don't fully know who I am and I am in therapy to get help so I can find myself and also deal with things... I am starting to rebuild myself properly now, but it's taken me 13 months to get to this point
